XIII International Scientific Conference of Young Scientists and Specialists "Electromechanical and energy systems, modeling and optimization" (ESMO 2015)

08-09 April 2015 at the Kremenchuk University was held XIII International Scientific Conference of Young Scientists and Specialists "Electromechanical and energy systems, modeling and optimization" (ESMO 2015 http://ema.kdu.edu.ua/esmo_2015_res/ ). The conference was attended by more than 10 universities and research institutions in Ukraine and abroad, from countries such as Belarus, Kazakhstan, Morocco, Slovakia and Poland. It features nearly 130 works on current research in electrical engineering, electrical, automation, control systems, discussed urgent issues of higher education.

 

    The seventh consecutive year, at the invitation of the Organizing Committee of the Conference, in plenary with scientific report serves Chair of Electromechanics NTU "KPI" prof.Shynkarenko V. F. in his report he presented to students, graduate students and young scientists the latest results of basic research, which received the creative team of the Department for genetic problems Electromechanics and interdisciplinary structural systems research. Given the global level of scientific innovation, interdisciplinary value, innovative trends and essential to fundamentalization of higher education, scientific presentations by Professor V. Shynkarenko accompanied by great interest on the part of organizers and participants. No exception was the theme of the next report, "The phenomenon of genetic memory of electromagnetic structure and its explanation," which for the first time before the scientific community were presented the results of a new scientific discoveries related to the explanation of the nature and mechanisms of genetic memory in electromagnetic structures.

    The main essence of the discovery is that the genetic memory is a necessary condition for arbitrary genetically organized system. It is an essential characteristic of an arbitrary object in its structure to store genetic information about its generative system. Random technical object acts as a physical carrier of genetic information. Direct communication structure of the object of generative system through genetic information brief submission form which, acting universal genetic code. Genetic memory should be considered as a fundamental property of technical objects and systems analysis which opens the possibility of implementing the function of genetic anticipation.
     The author of the report presented the results of practical testing of the new methodology of genetic analysis, which opens the possibility of identifying and decoding innovative potential genetic programs of arbitrary classes of electromechanical systems for the presence of genetic information of a single representative of the class. It is for this scenario would provide scientific, and synthesized the world's first electromechanical energy converters based on their genetic programs. Keeping global priority and further development initiated in NTU "KPI" research and effective practical use of the innovation potential of genetic programs in science and engineering, in the statement of the report, is not possible without the active participation of young scientists.
