ELECTROMECHANICAL DISINTEGRATORS OF MULTIFACTOR ACTION FOR THE PRODUCTION OF NANO POWDER MATERIALS

Purpose and scope

   Electromechanical disintegrators (EMD) belong to a new class of highly efficient technological equipment of multifactor complex action, which is designed for the implementation and intensification of various technological processes, namely: fine and ultrafine grinding of materials; preparation of homogeneous mixtures, emulsions and suspensions; acceleration of chemical reactions; preparation of multicomponent composite and fuel mixtures; enrichment; activation of biological processes; disinfection, etc.

Demand in the market

   Developed technological equipment is in demand in materials science; powder technologies; food, chemical, electronic and pharmaceutical industries; production of high-quality faience products; in technologies of preparation of composite materials, pigments for paints and fillers for plastics; biotechnology; production of water-coal and synthetic fuel mixtures; materials for the construction industry, etc.

Development readiness

Developed, manufactured and implemented experimental samples of EMD with a working chamber volume: 1, 3, 10, 60 dm3
A new generation of energy-efficient EMD has been developed (at the stage of patenting)

 

The main characteristics of the development

Supply voltage - 220/380 V, 50 Hz;
The volume of the working chamber is 0.5; 1; 3; 10 dm3;
The size of the input ingredients - up to 15 mm;
The particle size range is 20 - 200 nm
The shape of microparticles is spherical;

The main advantages of development

In comparison with known analogues, EMD are characterized by integral action of a complex of physical factors on the technological environment; lack of kinematic gears and units; modular principle of increasing the active volume; the possibility of processing materials in vacuum, gas and liquid media; the ability to obtain materials with new physical properties.

The state of protection of intellectual property

13 patents of Ukraine for inventions and utility models were obtained.
