COMPUTERIZED LABORATORY COMPLEX FOR TESTING OF ASYNCHRONOUS ELECTRICAL MACHINES

Purpose and scope

  The computerized laboratory complex is designed for testing and experimental studies of asynchronous electric machines in static and dynamic modes.
   The stand can be used in educational institutions, as well as in research and specialized organizations for experimental research and standard, qualification and certification tests of electrical machines

The main advantages of development

Changing the modes, type and nature of the load is carried out by independently adjusting the frequency of the supply voltage of the drive and test machine through frequency converters, which are controlled via a personal computer. Energy quenching is carried out through the brake module. Computerized information processing system. The stand is equipped with an original system of three-dimensional vibration damping of the investigated electromechanical unit.

Development readiness

A full-scale sample of the laboratory complex was developed and manufactured and its comprehensive tests were carried out

Demand in the market

The modern market of stand equipment is represented by products of mainly foreign producers. The development is focused on meeting the growing needs of modern bench equipment, which is a necessary condition for the organization of the educational process and professional training of specialists in technical educational institutions, as well as in training centers for employees.

    Supply voltage - 220/380 V, 50 Hz;
Complete set:
- 2 electric machines - MS9024, 1.5 kW;
- 2 frequency converters - LENZE 8200 Vector series;
- the device of smooth start and stop - EUROSTART 1,5;
- LENZE brake module;
- measuring unit based on the DMK32 multimeter;
- reactive power compensation system;
- remote control system.
