AUTONOMOUS MOTORS - SPINDLES OF MODULAR EXECUTION

Purpose and scope

For installation on CNC drilling and milling machines, including machines with parallel structure mechanisms. The motor - spindle is adapted to milling, drilling and engraving, with the ability to provide five-coordinate machining of complex shapes.

Demand in the market

The growing complexity and wide range of parts, determines the steady demand in the market of modern metalworking equipment, for high-speed motor - spindles with high functional and dynamic properties.

Development readiness

Experimental samples of motor - spindles which have passed experimental tests are developed and made.

Supply voltage: 220 V;
Adjustable frequency: 0 ÷ 100 Hz;
Power: 1.5 kW;
Speed of rotation: to 24000 rpm;
The maximum course of a quill: 50 mm;
Tool clamping mechanism: collet;
Radial beating: up to 0.05 mm;
Supports: NSK bearings;

The main advantages of development

In comparison with known analogues, hybrid motor-spindles are characterized by extended functional properties, increased adaptability and maintainability. The modular structure and the presence of a set of replaceable collets with a diameter of 1 ÷ 6 mm, provides high flexibility and adaptability to perform technological operations.
